Lift
The museum has a large lift that allows you to easily access all 4 floors and then to all sections of the museum

Toilet
The toilets are located on the first floor next to the elevator exit. The one with disabled access is located on the entrance floor

Strollers
It is possible to visit with newborns in the stroller as the lift is of a suitable size

Deposit box
Backpacks and bags can be stored in the box at the ticket office. the service is free, with key but it is not allowed to leave documents, valuables or money

Photographs and films
Standard photographs, digital photographs, videos are allowed, but only for non-commercial purposes. The use of flash or other light sources is allowed only if incorporated into the camera.

Some simple rules
In the museum it is not allowed to smoke or eat food or drink. It is forbidden to touch the works displayed outside the windows, with the exception of the tactile areas indicated and, for safety reasons, please do not lean on the windows

Architectural barriers
The museum, recently built, meets all the regulations for overcoming architectural barriers; in fact, it can be visited in every section for people with motor disabilities thanks to a large lift and to the presence of sanitary facilities

Tactile path
The museum also offers the possibility of visiting visually impaired and blind people thanks to a tactile path where, due to the presence of raised plants with some braille captions, it is possible to visit the various rooms and stop in areas of manipulation.

Reception for groups
In order not to overlap multiple visits, for groups with escorts, reservations are required by calling 0578-30471. Given the size of the rooms, the maximum number of people per group is 40 visitors.

Groups with coaches
It is possible to park the buses near the museum in the stopping areas of via dello Stadio and Largo Amiata (100 m away).

School groups
For the school groups the museum offers a free accompaniment service to the visit done by the members of the Geo-Archaeological Association of Chianciano Terme.
