RESTORATION
In light of the impressive number of local archaeological finds, over the years the museum has created a small but well-equipped restoration studio. This decision was motivated by the need to let the public participate in the discoveries and at the same time as avoiding draining resources from the restoration facilities of the Ministero dei Beni Culturali. The workshop undertakes restoration of material in ceramic and metal under the control and supervision of the restoration department of the Museo Nazionale di Chiusi.
